In Essentials of Biotechnology and Applications of Biotechnology, we will complete the majority of the labs and protocols outlined in our textbook, Biotechnology: A Laboratory Skills Course (J. Kirk Brown; 1st edition). In addition to these labs, we will also be conducting our fire worm, Neurospora crassa, and eDNA research.
